I have achne on my back, it doesn’t clear it up completely but it does mke your skin moisturized so that oil doesn’t have to clog up on your skin to make it moist…. and then you have less bacachne
after you’ve washed your back with a facial cleanser squirt baby oil over your shoulders and key bone then just rub it done over your chest and back where the achne occurs and then DO NOT use cream if you’re using babyoil it makes the layer too thick and doubles the achne
has anyone tried bathing/showering with baby oil? I found that it quite works…. three days only and my back and chest is looking s good, only problem left is my face, just scared to use the baby oil on there
it’s not even expensive

retinols are growing popular again but you need a soothing, moisturizing, high spf skincare regimine to go with it. no extra peroxide, or alphahydroxy acids, just soothers and a warm white textured wash cloth to get the dead skin off. its takes about 12 months if you do it right. try it. dont just give up. everyone deserves to put their best faces foward. i suffer with light psorisis and i fight it everyday its not the derms fault if it does not work because i’m inconsistent.
have you ever thought of dermaplaning? what they will do is send you to a surgeon and he/she will skim off about 15 or 20 layers of skin. it take about 1 year to fully recover and your new skin should grow back in a healthy fashion. look in to it if all has failed you. and btw are consistant with the acne products? it takes months for your skin cell receptors to return to normal plus you may have a hormonal imbalance. cells its all about cell behavior not about a little dirt on the skin.
